it boils down to that problem of practice and when people can/cant be arsed to turn up or organise it, eveyone seems up for the ideas but never appear Sad

well what ive seen happen frequently..and actually just the other day..was we had about 6-8 te666 members on, so we decided to lock the teams and keep the other side to a max of 10 or 11 ppl...we obviously started gaining many specs who were whining and bitching..blah blah...so deviant unlocked the teams to preserve the servers great status and maintain peace...i understand the precaution...but i think we just need to tell them to deal w/ it next time..so we can actually practice

mush that was actually me who unlocked the teams..i felt it was necessary cos we have to compete with more and more newer and more appealing on-line games ET will not last forever so we must look after those ppl who want to play on our server to keep it as popular as it is. i did voice my reservations when the idea of locked teams was first brought up and as i said at the time what do we do when more ppl log in as they did but i was ignored...but as a senior admin i have a duty of care to the server and those that fund it to do whats right in mantaining its popularity and i would make the same decision every time. what im tryin to say is the time has gone when we could abuse the server how and when we wanted to for our own benefit and we must think about the bigger picture regarding the whole online gaming experience...nothin ever lasts forever so we must preserve what we have for the time we have it cos soon enough it will be gone forever...thats all im trying to do keep what we have wether you agree with it or not

We going off the point a bit, and also if we did have a clan war it does not have to be on are server, we can use the clans server we are playing with. as fat said are server tends to be full most ov the time. most clans havnt got the numbers we have in ares, so a average game would prob be 6 v 6 or sumthin we could get 6 payers online at once?

some other clans seem to have dedicted war servers is this an insane expense iinvolving completly different server or just a techno-illusion (like one hard disk partitioned into two) ?

not that i ask as a potential participant! i could roll the bandages or mebbe cut up the oranges Sad

Hi there! i think we can play practice war against u guys, if u guys want. We can use VhR server.
I think good match day is friday or saturday and start time is 17 gmt 0 in CET time. I think best game is if we play 6vs6 or 5vs5.

Let me know what u think?

now of course i am working on the assumption that the avatars people choose are actually pictures of them!

on that basis i am a simple honkey and rampage is a fat soul singer who's just seen a cream cake ... and i dont think thats true
